Our Mission
Our mission is to support and assist developmentally disabled individuals to become mentally and physically healthy, happy and active members of their community, supporting individuals to achieve their goals by develop skills, and create and build independence.
Our Services
Grace Cares LLC (GCL) gives personal care by providing services in the areas of personal development to the developmental disability community by creating person centered individual service plans/goals with their needs, preferences and interests and supporting and providing adequate resources and trained work relatives to achieve those goals. The individual plans will be reviewed and continually improved periodically based on the needs of the individual receiving those services. The services will be held initially in the community and will be expanded to the residential day care program.
